Kitchen has all full size appliances, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee makers and all utensils and tableware. Smart TV's in living area and each bedroom. The garage has been converted into a game room with pool table or ping-pong! Flooring throughout the house is tile and LVP. No carpeting. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. You will be provided with a secure code for the front gate and door for self check in. The entire home is yours to enjoy inside and out during your stay. There is space in the private driveway for 3 cars. POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT! *Pool heat is available for an additional fee. ($35/day)-If you would like the heated pool you will be sent a request to pay upfront as we have to turn on the heat a day before your arrival. Must be requested 48h in advance & requires a 3 consecutive day minimum. *A high chair, stroller and pack-n-play are provided at no extra cost. *Supplies: We provide a starter kit for the home that includes - initial trash bags, dishwasher soap pod, laundry soap pod, 1 roll of Toilet tissues per bathroom, paper towel, small makeup remover towels, small sunscreen packages, extra toothbrush/tooth paste and small bar soap. Please be prepared to bring the extra supplies you may need. We only supply single items to get your visit started. *No smoking of any kind is permitted on this property. If any signs of smoking are found, the renter agrees to pay a $200 fee. *No parties are allowed. *Kitchen, bath and pool towels are provided. *Hair dryer in each bathroom. * If you have any special request for anniversary/birthdays etc. please let us know at the time of booking so we make sure to have it ready at your arrival. We require a signed rental agreement, copy of photo ID, and you must be 25 years of age to rent. Check in is 4pm Check out is 10am We DO NOT rent to locals *There is a mandatory mid stay cleaning fee of $180 for any stays of 1 month or more.
