The Magical Memories home is tucked away within a cul-de-sac in the Calabria Estates of Kissimmee. Guests will enjoy over 3,000 square feet of vacation living space. There are two levels in this luxurious home, which gives plenty of privacy to larger families. A private tropical oasis with your own salt water swimming pool and spa is enclosed within a screened patio. Walt Disney World and other popular attractions are located just a short drive away. Ten guests can sleep comfortably in the vacation home. The master bedroom features a king sized bed. An attached private bathroom with dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and separate shower is a welcome convenience. Another bedroom on the first floor includes a queen sized bed. The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor. Two of those bedrooms have queen sized beds. A third bedroom is complete with two twin beds. There are flat- screened TVs located in each bedroom. Cooking meals on vacation is enjoyable in the fully- equipped gourmet kitchen. Beautiful stainless steel appliances within a spacious layout provide the perfect atmosphere to prepare delicious foods. All pots and pans, eating utensils, and place settings are provided. A breakfast bar is the perfect spot to snack and socialize. There is also a highchair for your little one equipped. Quality family time on vacation is simple. The family room features a large 52" LCD TV with DVD player. More seating is available within the living room. Both the family room and the living room are located within view of the swimming pool. Catch a movie in the theater room, complete with a 3D projector and a set of comfortable luxury recliners. Wi-Fi internet access and a clothes washer and clothes dryer are provided for added convenience. Gameroom equipped with pool table & dart board. For all reservations, we do require a signed rental agreement, & a copy of photo ID. You must be 25 yrs of age or older. Also, check out is 10am SHARP unless prearranged at time of booking. Anything after will enquire a $50 charge.
