This is a self-catered unit but we always provide an starter amount of items such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/body wash, hand soap, etc. When the period of stay is longer or there are many people, there might not be enough and the guests will need to supplement them according to their own consumption. There is a Publix nearby that has everything you will need. *FREE WIFI internet available throughout the house. *Two FREE parking spaces available in our driveway. A third car can be parked behind those at the end of our driveway in front of the house. No parking on the grass or street otherwise or it will be towed at your expens -Check in 4:00pm EST -Check out is 10am SHARP -There is a resort fee of $ 20 plus taxes ($22.40) per day/per unit (not per guest!!!) that is paid directly to the Regal Palms Resort at check-in. It does not go to me but you have to consider this in your cost. This fee is mandatory and intended to cover maintenance and security costs at the resort. Snowbirds rates are at a discounted price for 25 days+. There is a towel service and lounge chairs in the pool area. The towel service requires a towel card from the front desk and $10 deposit per towel. In order to get your deposit back you must return the towels. For all reservations, we do require a signed rental agreement and copy of photo ID. You must be 25 yrs or older to rent. Also, check out is 10am SHARP unless prearranged at time of booking. Anything after will enquire a $50 charge. *WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS* *THERE IS A MANDATORY MID STAY CLEANING FEE ($160) FOR STAYS OVER 2 WEEKS. This property features a Ring Doorbell device & an exterior security camera facing the rear outdoor area. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed.
